A client located in USA, wanted a comprehensive system for real estate agents. He has a sound experience in dealing with real estate properties and was keen to make a system for the real estate agents.

Requirement

Some of the features expected were as follows:

• Agent Registration.
• Create sub domains to run agents' own virtual sites (e.g. http://agentsite.homesite.com)
• Comprehensive Content Management to manage the contents of agent sites through main administrator panel and agent control panel.
• Properties Management to add/edit/delete properties on Agent Sites.
• Mass mailing tool with features like auto responder, campaign management to help agents run mass mailing campaign through their own virtual agent site
• Access rights for registered agents on Mass Mailing Tool and Agent site account
• Several useful calculators such as Mortgage calculator, Loan calculator, Qualifies, calculator, PITI (Principal, Interest, Taxes & Insurance) calculator.
• FAQ
• FSBO Properties on Agent Site
• Template management on agent site, so the agent can choose a template for his virtual site
• Comprehensive Meta Management section in Administrator Panel and Agent Control Panel to manage the meta tags on web pages.

Solutions

We developed a fully functional system for the client. Agents can register on the site and on activation of their account they can have a fully functional agent control panel to manage all details of their site. Such as Properties, Feature Properties, FSBO properties, contents of main and sub pages of agent site.

A Mass Mailing Tool was developed and integrated for agents and administrators to run their mass mail campaigns which cover features such as Auto Responder(emails are sent to subscribers on set intervals). Campaign management system which manages all campaigns and also sends emails to targeted subscribers on regular intervals.

IBC also developed a Comprehensive Meta management system which has a main back office system and agent control panel to manage the meta tags on each web page for efficient SEO results.
